Supporting your journey with compassion, clarity and care.

Life can be overwhelming at times — filled with grief, uncertainty, anxiety, or deep feelings of disconnection. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore what matters most to you. My approach is person-centred and collaborative — grounded in empathy, and guided by your pace and needs.

Whether you're navigating through grief, struggling with low self-worth, feeling anxious, or simply seeking clarity, you’re welcome — just as you are.

About Me…

Hello! I am Caroline, a qualified counsellor with a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling & Psychotherapy (CPCAB), and over 15 years of experience supporting people’s wellbeing through holistic therapies. My approach is grounded in the person-centred model, which means I work collaboratively with you, at your pace, and always with deep empathy, warmth, and authenticity.

My background as a massage therapist has shaped my understanding of how emotional pain can live in the body. Being somatically-informed, influences the way I hold space — with sensitivity to the ways emotional pain can impact both mind and body.

I believe that with the right conditions — safety, compassion, and connection — we all have the capacity to heal, grow, and live more fully.

Bereavement, Loss & Life Transitions

Grief isn’t always about death. Loss can come through many forms of change - relationship endings, financial uncertainty, shifts in identity, or life stages such as menopause.

You might be feeling lost, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are now. Perhaps life no longer feels the way it once did, and you’re trying to make sense of that.

Since qualifying I have found myself naturally supporting clients through these experiences - particularly women navigating change, uncertainty, and emotional transitions.

This area of my work was deeply shaped during my time as a placement counsellor with Lewis-Manning Hospice Care, where I supported individuals experiencing bereavement, grief, and anticipatory loss.

With a background in holistic therapies, I’m also mindful of how grief can be held in the body as well as the mind, and I aim to offer a space that honours both.

Whether your loss is recent or something you’ve been carrying for a long time, you’re welcome to bring it into this space - just as you are.
